If you are unhappy with the product OR product is different, please provide us the pictures of your item so that we may able send you replacement. Please contact us to get return address and refund.
In order to get the refund Customer must need to provide the detailed pictures of his and our item.
No Return will be accepted if the identification marks from the items are removed.
For electronic component especially computer control if seals are broken not return accepted,
Item must be returned by tracked delivery.
As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.

Item cover under warranty must be return with recorded post. Customer need to pay 35% handling charge in order to get the replacement. No refund will be granted if item is kept for more than 30 days. In special circumstance credit note may given but no refund.
