Return, Refund or Replacement

Please use the Customer Service Number 0044 (0) 121 647 6859 to contact us for an authorization to return an item that you have purchased through Excel Parts. If an item is authorized for return, whether for refund or replacement, you will need a returns document which we will send to your registered email address for inclusion within the parcel. In order for the item to be accepted you must label the box with the returns number which will be on the returns document we provide.

If an item is agreed for exchange or refund due to fault, damage we will arrange for collection of the item from the address it was delivered to. A replacement or refund can only be transacted upon receiving the original item at the agreed returns address.

We reserve the right to issue an ECO BREAKERS voucher in place of a refund in special circumstances or where we are making a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We reserve the right not to accept returned items if the process described above has not been followed.

Damage in Transit

If you receive delivery and the contents have been damaged in transit, Please do not accept the parcel and informed us ASAP.

Faults (Within 30 days of Receipt)

You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days of delivery and inform us within 24 hours. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.

Faults (After 30 days of Receipt)

Please note all of our used component comes with 30 days warranty while new component come with standard 12 month warranty.

Mispicks or Incorrect Item:

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item contact Customer Services. Any errors on the part of ECO BREAKERS / must be notified to our Customer Services team by telephone or email within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns or Exchanges after 30 Days:

We are unable to exchange or refund items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect outside of 30 days.

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

  • Where you are cancelling an item that was part of a larger order and dispatch has not yet taken place we'll refund the entire order and raise a new order to exclude the cancelled item.
  • Where you are cancelling an entire order and dispatch has not yet taken place we'll refund the entire order.
  • Where delivery has already taken place or the item/order is already on its way to you, you will need to return the item or order (at your cost) to the agreed returns address or refuse delivery. We cannot process any refund until the goods are returned to us in as past condition.
  • We will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Items Returned Within 30-Days but After the 7 days:

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part we will refund only the cost of the item. Items must be returned with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and must have labels attached. We will not refund the cost of delivery, other services provided to you in connection with your purchase or costs you incur when returning the item to us, unless your item is damaged or faulty.

Voucher Refunds:

If you subsequently return an item for which you used a voucher as part or full payment, we will issue a new voucher into your ECO BREAKERS account.
