Collection

·       Please contact before collecting the item so that we will be able to make sure item is ready for collection.

·       All items paid online; at the time collection we need proof of purchase along with photo id.

·       At the time of collection please must inspect the item the item properly before leaving the premises after that we will not accept any damage

·       Cash on collection is acceptable.

Recondition Refurbished Units

·       All recondition units sold on exchange basis.

·       Surcharge must need to be paid separately. Surcharge amount varies. It is from £50 up to £150

·       On Return of old unit surcharge amount will refunded back to you.

·       Exchange unit must not have broken casing or connector. There must not be any holes in the unit.

·       We don’t accept any dismantled exchange unit.

·       First we send our unit. After fitment customer must need to make sure drain all oil from unit pack it tightly inside the box and make ready for collection

·       When exchange unit packed and ready customer need to contact via messages provide us collection address we will arrange the collection ourselves.

·       To return the exchange unit please follows all the instructions.

Replacements

·       We able to send the replacement after receiving our unit back in original condition.

·       If unit is swapped or altered no replacement will be provided.

·       It is customer responsibility to provide proof, unit is not working or unit is different. As claimed is made by customer so customer need to provide evidences to support his claim.

·       Every time we don’t ask the evidence but where we found claim is not genuine we will investigate under concrete evidences.

·       It is customer responsibility to provide evidences to our investigation department to resolve the issue quicker.

·       The evidences customer will provide, it will help us to view the actual picture of issue and it will be easier for both of us to resolve the issue in an amicable way.

·       The reason of asking evidence is to make sure send the right replacement at first attempt and also proves itself claim is genuine.

·       Hesitate to provide supporting evidence may delay the resolution and may result in not send the replacement.

·       Hesitate to provide evidence might represent itself claim is weak.

·       Always support your claim with concrete evidence to built trust between both of us and right solution of the problem.

·       Making false claim will report to UK fraud department.

 

Returns and Refunds

We operate a money back guarantee as per below terms.

  • If you are unhappy with the product OR product is different, please provide us the pictures of your item so that we may able send you replacement. Please contact us to get return address and refund.
  • In order to get the refund Customer must need to provide the detailed pictures of his and our item.
  • No Return will be accepted if the identification marks from the items are removed.
  • For electronic component especially computer control if seals are broken not return accepted,
  • Item must be returned by tracked delivery.
  • As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
  • ITEM MUST BE RETUNED WITHIN:  7 Working DAYS after reporting any issue within 30 days.
  • To return any item please get the confirmation
