·       All recondition units sold on exchange basis.

·       On Return of old unit surcharge amount will refunded back to you.

·       Exchange unit must not have broken casing or connector. There must not be any holes in the unit.

·       We don’t accept any dismantled exchange unit.

·       First we send our unit. After fitment customer must need to make sure drain all oil from unit pack it tightly inside the box and make ready for collection

·       When exchange unit packed and ready customer need to contact via messages provide us collection address we will arrange the collection ourselves.

·       To return the exchange unit please follows all the instructions.

Replacements

·       We able to send the replacement after receiving our unit back in original condition.

·       If unit is swapped or altered no replacement will be provided.

·       It is customer responsibility to provide proof, unit is not working or unit is different. As claimed is made by customer so customer need to provide evidences to support his claim.
