Returns and Refunds

We operate a money-back guarantee under the following terms:

  • If you're unhappy with the product, or it doesn't match the listing, please send us photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Contact us first to get a return address.
  • To process a refund, we need clear photos of both your item and ours.
  • Returns won't be accepted if identification marks have been removed from the item.
  • For electronic components (especially ECUs/control units), returns aren't accepted once seals are broken.
  • Items must be returned via tracked delivery.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned within 7 working days of reporting an issue, and issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please get confirmation from us before returning any item.
  • Items must not be altered or tampered with.
  • Electronic components are non-refundable (replacement only).
  • We don't cover labour costs, as we have no way to verify the standard to which a part was fitted.
  • Used items that are returned are not eligible for a refund.
  • For replacements, the original item must be returned first; the replacement is sent once we've received the faulty or incorrect item.
  • Please contact us via message so everything is recorded - this helps us resolve issues correctly.
  • We don't cover return postage on international orders.
  • New items must be returned with their original packaging, as we return parts to our suppliers.
  • Items covered under warranty must be returned via recorded post. A 35% handling charge applies for replacements. No refund will be given if the item is kept longer than 30 days; a credit note may be offered instead in exceptional circumstances.
